The Grace Anne Residence Club is a "fractional private residence club". With only 35 residences, Owners are assured that the Grace Anne Residence Club will remain an intimate and exclusive community.

Fractional ownership in a vacation home helps to guarantee future vacations at today's prices. Owners and future generations can enjoy a vacation home, year after year, for the lifetime of their ownership with only a one time purchase price and payment of yearly maintenance fees.

Owners enjoy all the benefits of a world-class property for a fraction of the price that one would pay for whole ownership of a waterfront second home. Purchasing a fractional interest eliminates all of the maintenance and security hassles traditionally associated with second home ownership and provides all of the services and amenities of a fine hotel. There are more than 300 fractional developments in North America and many more globally.

Fractional resorts are common in Ontario’s Muskoka Region, where the resort suites are typically sold in one-tenth ownership interests. The Grace Anne Residence Club has adopted this model, thereby granting five weeks of guaranteed use per year to each Owner.

As a one-tenth Owner, you can use the resort five weeks per year ... two consecutive weeks in the summer and three non-consecutive weeks through the rest of the year.

We have prepared a "99 year rotating use calendar". Under this plan, the first family to buy a fractional interest at the Grace Anne Residence Club can select their rotation before anyone else. Then the Owner’s use rotates forward on a pre-determined schedule every year.
